Transfers

Online bookings are now closed.

There is a remarkable difference of being met off your flight and transferred directly to the Emperors Palace without having to navigate your way from the terminal with luggage to the coach cache area. It is all about convenience and reliability from where you need to be and how you're going to get there.

The cost of a pre-paid and pre-booked transfer between OR Tambo International Airport and Emperors Palace or vice versa will cost R420.00 per person or per sedan, per one way.

To book a transfer, we will require the following details:

  1. Full name of Passenger.
  2. Date of Transfer.
  3. Time of arrival (actual flight arrival time) or flight departure time.
  4. Arrivals Hall (International or Domestic)
  5. Flight number.
  6. Hotel name.
Group Airport Transfers are available on request.

Group Transfer Terms and Conditions

The group shuttle transfer rates are applicable to delegates travelling together on the same flight and staying at the same hotel, pre-booked and pre-paid. The transfer rates are per vehicle per way.

Should an individual not arrive on time, a separate individual transfer cost of R420.00 per person will be charged.

Transfers not paid for in full by 8 August 2025, will be cancelled automatically. These will need to be re-booked with full payment to secure the services.

Arrival Airport Information

On arrival at OR Tambo International Airport; collect your luggage and proceed to the main arrivals' hall. Look out for a representative from Centurion Tours who will be holding a board with your surname on it. Should you encounter problems locating the Meet and Greet representative; please call the contact numbers available on your transfer voucher.

Cancellation policy:

All transport is subject to Turners and their appointed service providers' terms and conditions. Once confirmed, transfers will be subject to a 100% (percent) cancellation fee if cancelled within 48 hours of the service date, without reasonable cause or beyond the delegates' control i.e., flight delay or cancelled flight.
If a client is delayed during collection from the hotel or venue and does not depart at the specified time on the voucher, a waiting charge will be applied. Please take note of the policy to avoid any misunderstandings.
An amendment fee of R230.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations. The above conditions apply unless otherwise specified in writing.
