Accommodation
Hotel accommodation can be reserved at one of the contracted hotels located within Emperors Palace Johannesburg through the intermediary of Turners DMC, who have secured preferred rates for participants. All rates quoted on the hotel booking form are in South African Rands and are per room and per night inclusive of breakfast, 15% VAT and 1% TOMSA Levy. The hotel category should be indicated on the hotel booking form. Please also indicate which other category we should book in case the chosen one is fully booked. The following hotels have been especially reserved for the congress and preferential rates have been negotiated. All published prices are subject to change without prior notice. This may be due to currency regulations and/or changes in duties or Government taxes. For full details of the hotels, please click on the name of the hotel below.

In order to reserve your accommodation at selected property or hotel, please click on the "book now" button. We request you indicate which alternate property/hotel or category we should book in case the chosen one is fully booked. On submission of your online form you will automatically receive an email response confirming that your forms has been received. All participating hotels including their respective rates can be found on the official accommodation page of the Congress website. All rates quoted are in South African Rands and are per room and per night, breakfast, 15% VAT and 1% TOMSA Levy are included. The hotel name including room category should be indicated on the group booking form. Group's accommodation agreement which outlines payment terms, amendments and cancellation policies and confirmation of group reservation will be emailed on receipt of provisional confirmation from Turners DMC. Signed copy of the agreement including the required deposit will be required within 7 days of receipt of agreement.

All hotel reservations will be confirmed to you in writing with the name of the hotel, the type of accommodation booked, the arrival and departure dates, the rate, and the deposit required. This will be accompanied by an invoice and request for payment.

Full payment is required to secure your reservation, payment due within seven (7) days after receipt of the invoice. Payment may be processed either by electronic bank transfer or by Master, Visa, American Express or Diners Club credit card. Full details appear on the booking form.
When opting to process payment by credit card further instructions will be emailed advising how to process payment via a secure online 3D payment portal. A unique reference number will be issued to you.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted to Turners DMC in writing. You may cancel your reservation up to 6th July 2025 with a full refund of your deposit paid less an administration fee of ZAR115.00. Reservations cancelled after 6th July 2025 will attract the following cancellation penalties:
Should you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel will charge cancellation fees for the nights that you will no longer be using.
