Full payment is required I order to finalise your hotel reservation. A 50% deposit is required upon receipt of first invoice, remaining 50% deposit required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. The deposits may be paid either by bank electronic bank transfer or by MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club credit card. Full details appear on the booking form.

For all group bookings (10 rooms or more), 50% deposit to be paid within fourteen (14) days of first invoice, the outstanding 50% deposit to be settled thirty (30) days prior to the start of the Congress.

All guest in room charges are to be settled upon departure from the hotel.

Cancellations must be submitted to Turners Conferences in writing. You may cancel your reservation up to 26 September 2026 with a full refund of your deposit paid less an administration fee of ZAR 115.00.

Reservations cancelled after 26 September 2026 will attract the following cancellation penalties:

1. 60 - 31 Days - 50% Cancellation fees apply
2. 30 - 0 Days - 100% Cancellation fees apply

An amendment fee of ZAR 115.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations after 20 November 2026.

Should you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel will charge cancellation fees for the nights that you will no longer be using.
