The above day excursions are subject to availability at the time of booking and are subject to a minimum of two passengers. All leisure excursions will depart from Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre Main Entrance near the Rhino Statue, unless otherwise specified. Please report to your departure point not less than 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled departure time.

Important Tour Information

All tours are subject to minimum numbers being reached and are subject to cancellation fees. If minimum numbers are not achieved you will be offered an alternative tour, equal in value or you will be refunded in full.
Basic Tour Conditions for individual bookings - A separate policy applies to groups of 10 or more and is available on request.

All tours are subject to Turners DMC (Pty) Ltd and their appointed tour operators' terms and conditions. Once confirmed, tours will be subject to a cancellation fee if cancelled before 13 October 2023. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 13 October 2023.

A deposit of 20% of the total tour value is required within 14 days of booking to confirm the tour reservation. The balance of the tour price must reach Turners DMC (Pty) Ltd 45 days prior to the tour departure date. Any tours booked within 45 days of the departure date must be paid for in full immediately. The balance of the tour price must reach Turners DMC (Pty) Ltd before 13 October 2023. Full payment is due immediately for bookings made after 13 October 2023.
