Hotel accommodation on behalf of the Equine Group can be reserved at Hotel Sky Cape Town through the intermediary of Turners DMC who have secured preferred rates for participants. All hotel rates quoted on the hotel booking form are in South African Rands and are per room and per night, breakfast and service taxes included. The hotel category should be indicated on the hotel booking form. Please note, Hotel Sky Cape Town is located adjacent to the Cape Town International Convention Centre.

All participating hotels including their respective rates can be found on the official accommodation page of the Congress website. All rates quoted are in South African Rands and are per room and per night, breakfast, 15% VAT and 1% TOMSA Levy are included. The hotel name including room category should be indicated on the group booking form. Group's accommodation agreement which outlines payment terms, amendments and cancellation policies and confirmation of group reservation will be emailed on receipt of provisional confirmation from Turners DMC. Signed copy of the agreement including the required deposit will be required within 7 days of receipt of agreement. Please note most of the hotels are within close proximity to the Cape Town International Convention Centre. GROUP BOOKING FORM × Booking Confirmation All hotel reservations will be confirmed to you in writing with the name of the hotel, the type of accommodation booked, the arrival and departure dates, the rate, and the deposit required. This will be accompanied by an invoice and request for payment. × Payments Full payment is required in order to finalise your hotel reservation. A 50% deposit is required upon receipt of first invoice, remaining 50% deposit required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. The deposits may be paid either by bank electronic bank transfer or by MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club credit card. Full details appear on the booking form. For all group bookings (10 rooms or more), 50% deposit to be paid within fourteen (14) days of first invoice, the outstanding 50% deposit to be settled thirty (30) days prior to the start of the Congress. All incidentals to be settled upon departure from the hotel. When opting to process payment by credit card further instructions will be emailed advising how to process payment via a secure online 3D PayGate portal. A unique reference number will be issued to you. For all electronic bank transfer payments, event bank account details will appear on the accommodation invoice. Please specify your unique reference number. Final date for bank transfers will be 12th April 2024. When processing Forex payment, kindly advise your bank all charges associated with Forex payment are for your own account. Turners DMC will not be held liable for short payments received due to bank charges. All incidentals charged to room account need to be settled prior to departure from hotel. For all group bookings (10 rooms or more), 50% deposit to be paid on receipt of first invoice, the outstanding 50% deposit to be settled thirty (30) days prior to the start of the Congress. Terms and conditions for group reservations will be outlined in contract. × Transportation All contracted hotel accommodation is within walking distance of the Cape Town International Convention Centre however Turners can assist with booking a daily return shuttle from hotels to CTICC. Please send email to Deveena Naicker: deveena.n@turnersdmc.co.za Alternate options are you can contact the hotel concierge desk and enquire if they offer complimentary shuttles to and from the CTICC. × Terms & Conditions Cancellations must be submitted to Turners DMC in writing. You may cancel your reservation up to 15th February 2024 with a full refund less an administration fee of ZAR 115.00. Reservations cancelled after 15th February 2024 will attract the following cancellation penalties: 59 - 31 Days - 50% Cancellation fees apply 30 - 0 Days - 100% Cancellation fees apply An amendment fee of ZAR 115.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations after 08th April 2024.
