Transfers
The cost of a pre-paid and pre-booked transfer between King Shaka International Airport and appointed accommodation in the Umhlanga precinct or vice versa will cost R795.00 per person, per transfer.
Transfers not paid for in full by 17 July 2026, will be cancelled automatically. These will need to be re-booked with full payment to secure the services.

Group Transfer Terms and Conditions
The group shuttle transfer rates are applicable to delegates travelling together on the same flight, pre-booked and pre-paid. The transfer rates are per vehicle per way.
Should an individual not arrive on time, a separate individual transfer cost of R795.00 per person will be charged.
Arrival Airport Information
On arrival at King Shaka International Airport, collect your luggage and proceed to the main arrivals' hall. Look out for a representative who will be holding a board with your surname on it. Should you encounter problems locating the Meet and Greet representative; please call the contact numbers available on your transfer voucher.
