The apartment’s stylish décor blends greys, blues, and vintage touches for a cozy feel. The first bedroom features a luxurious queen bed with premium linen and fluffy towels, while the second bedroom offers a bunk bed and ample built-in cupboards. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a washing machine and tea and coffee facilities. Unwind in the living room on a large sofa while enjoying fast streaming services. The modern bathroom includes a refreshing shower. Step outside to a small private garden with a BBQ, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Transit

The apartment is conveniently located to all main routes of all types of transport. Uber is a very popular form of transport for our guests. Only a 5 minute drive from the Airport.

House Rules

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of R2,000 when reserving this unit. The deposit will be returned 7-14 working days after departure if no damage occurred during your stay. The deposit will be deducted for any of the following:

• Any stains on linen
• Any breakage of items in the property
• Loud noise or extra visitors
• One warning toward noise complaints; thereafter you may be asked to leave without refund of deposit
• Failure to pay the damage deposit may result in booking cancellation

Please note the following house rules during your stay:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. No hubleys, e-cigarettes, vaping, or cigarettes
• Pets are not allowed
• Parties/events are not allowed
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM
• Check-in time is from 14:00 on the date of arrival
• Check-out time is from 10:00 on the date of departure
• No visitors allowed during your stay
• Parking available in designated parking areas
• If a noise complaint is received during your stay, after one warning you will be told to leave immediately without any refund or return of damage deposits
