This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is ideal for families or groups looking for a comfortable getaway. Three rooms have queen beds, one has two singles, and all enjoy private bathrooms—three of which are en suite.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a large dining area, and a bar for entertaining. Outside, relax in the big garden, take a dip in the pool, or fire up the braai.

Unwind with uncapped Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a large smart TV.

Access

The property offers 4 parking spaces in 2 remote controlled garages (tandem garages). Guests will get the keys from an on site lockbox.

Notes

There are full time tenants that live in a property at the back. It is completely separate from the main house, however they enter through the same entrance from the street and you may encounter them as they walk through the garden to their back area.

The property does not allow parties, events or visitors.

House Rules

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of R2,000 when reserving this unit. The deposit will be returned 7-14 working days after departure if no damage occurred during your stay. The deposit will be deducted for any of the following:

• Any stains on linen
• Any breakage of items in the property
• Loud noise or extra visitors
• One warning toward noise complaints; thereafter you may be asked to leave without refund of deposit
• Failure to pay the damage deposit may result in booking cancellation

Please note the following house rules during your stay:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. No hubleys, e-cigarettes, vaping, or cigarettes
• Pets are not allowed
• Parties/events are not allowed
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM
• Check-in time is from 14:00 on the date of arrival
• Check-out time is from 10:00 on the date of departure
• No visitors allowed during your stay
• Parking available in designated parking areas
• If a noise complaint is received during your stay, after one warning you will be told to leave immediately without any refund or return of damage deposits
