Lorraine, is one of the fastest growing suburbs of the city. It sits to the west of the central business district, close to neighbouring suburbs of Kragga Kamma Park and Lovemore Heights, and south of the Kagga Kamma Road.
There are many advantages to a stay in Lorraine, not least of which is a trip into the city centre and close proximity to Seaview and Sardinia Bay.

House Rules

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of R2,000 when reserving this unit. The deposit will be returned 7-14 working days after departure if no damage occurred during your stay. The deposit will be deducted for any of the following:

• Any stains on linen
• Any breakage of items in the property
• Loud noise or extra visitors
• One warning toward noise complaints; thereafter you may be asked to leave without refund of deposit
• Failure to pay the damage deposit may result in booking cancellation

Please note the following house rules during your stay:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. No hubleys, e-cigarettes, vaping, or cigarettes
• Pets are not allowed
• Parties/events are not allowed
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM
• Check-in time is from 14:00 on the date of arrival
• Check-out time is from 10:00 on the date of departure
• No visitors allowed during your stay
• Parking available in designated parking areas
• If a noise complaint is received during your stay, after one warning you will be told to leave immediately without any refund or return of damage deposits
