This perfectly located 2-bedroom apartment is in a secure complex in upmarket Walmer, known for its restaurants and shops. Brizzy has a dedicated work desk with high-speed WiFi. Entertainment is sorted: Brizzy comes with a 50'' smart TV and free Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+. WiFi is on UPS, the lounge has a load shedding floor lamp, and the bedrooms have LED lanterns. Relax on the balcony with a good coffee/tea from the well-appointed kitchen or unwind in resort-style bedrooms.

Brizzy is very close to the airport, yet tranquil. Port Elizabeth's best restaurants, shops and malls are all on your doorstep. Take a drive down 6th Avenue and Main Road to experience Walmer's olden day shops and restaurants, proudly standing side-by-side all the ultra-modern amenities you may need, or drive down Walmer Boulevard to experience some of PE's best beaches. It's all so close.

House Rules

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of R2,000 when reserving this unit. The deposit will be returned 7-14 working days after departure if no damage occurred during your stay. The deposit will be deducted for any of the following:

• Any stains on linen
• Any breakage of items in the property
• Loud noise or extra visitors
• One warning toward noise complaints; thereafter you may be asked to leave without refund of deposit
• Failure to pay the damage deposit may result in booking cancellation

Please note the following house rules during your stay:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. No hubleys, e-cigarettes, vaping, or cigarettes
• Pets are not allowed
• Parties/events are not allowed
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM
• Check-in time is from 14:00 on the date of arrival
• Check-out time is from 10:00 on the date of departure
• No visitors allowed during your stay
• Parking available in designated parking areas
• If a noise complaint is received during your stay, after one warning you will be told to leave immediately without any refund or return of damage deposits
