Neighborhood

Located on the beachfront of the friendly city of Gqeberha. The complex is only a 15 minute drive from the airport and walking distance to Pipe Beach and the rest of the bays Blue flag beaches. The Boardwalk shopping centre, top restaurants and casino will only take a short 2 minute drive from the complex.

Access

Guests have full access to the apartment and selected amenities. Guests are welcome to make use of the swimming pool area. The complex has its very own private entrance to the beach promenade.

House Rules

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of R1,500 when reserving this unit. The deposit will be returned 7-14 working days after departure if no damage occurred during your stay. The deposit will be deducted for any of the following:

• Any stains on linen
• Any breakage of items in the property
• Loud noise or extra visitors
• One warning toward noise complaints; thereafter you may be asked to leave without refund of deposit
• Failure to pay the damage deposit may result in booking cancellation

Please note the following house rules during your stay:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. No hubleys, e-cigarettes, vaping, or cigarettes
• Pets are not allowed
• Parties/events are not allowed
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM
• Check-in time is from 14:00 on the date of arrival
• Check-out time is from 10:00 on the date of departure
• No visitors allowed during your stay
• Parking available in designated parking areas
• If a noise complaint is received during your stay, after one warning you will be told to leave immediately without any refund or return of damage deposits
