The cost of a pre-paid and pre-booked transfer between OR Tambo International Airport and appointed accommodation in Sun City or vice versa will cost R2990.00 per person, per transfer.

Group Transfer Terms and Conditions

The group shuttle transfer rates are applicable to delegates travelling together on the same flight and staying at the same hotel, pre-booked and pre-paid. The transfer rates are per vehicle per way.

Should an individual not arrive on time, a separate individual transfer cost of R2990.00 per person will be charged.

An amount of R60.00 surcharge will apply for transfers between 22h00 and 06h00.
Delegates are requested to book their flights to arrive at OR Tambo before 16h00 due to the long distance drive to Sun City.

Transfers not paid for in full by 12 September 2025, will be cancelled automatically. These will need to be re-booked with full payment to secure the services.

Arrival Airport Information

On arrival at OR Tambo International Airport, collect your luggage and proceed to the main arrivals' hall. Look out for a representative who will be holding a board with your surname on it. Should you encounter problems locating the Meet and Greet representative; please call the contact numbers available on your transfer voucher.

Cancellation policy

All transport is subject to Turners and their appointed service providers' terms and conditions. Once confirmed, transfers will be subject to a 100% (percent) cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of the service date, without reasonable cause or beyond the delegates' control i.e. flight delay or cancelled flight.

If a client is delayed during collection from the hotel or venue and does not depart at the specified time on the voucher, a waiting charge will be applied. Please take note of the policy to avoid any misunderstandings.
An amendment fee of R230.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations. The above conditions apply unless otherwise specified in writing.
