Pre-registration via the website will be possible until 01October 2025. After this date only on-site registration will be accepted. It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees involved are strictly followed. Every participant, including invited participants, is required to register.

Invitation Letters

Delegates who require a letter of invitation for visa purposes, please contact Leanne, leanne@tcon.org.za, for assistance.

Payment

Registration fees are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and US Dollars and include 15% VAT and should be paid according to the procedure described during the registration process. Major credit cards or bank transfers are accepted.

When processing your payment by bank draft please allow sufficient funds to cover bank charges otherwise these will be reflected as short payment and shows as a balance on your account.

The final date for bank transfers is the 07 October 2025. Please email a copy of your bank transfer through to leanne@tcon.org.za and use your surname and invoice number as a reference.

Cancellation of Registration and Refund Policy

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. All approved refunds will be issued after the Conference. An administration fee of 25% will be charged for all cancellations received before the 12th August 2025. Please note that there are no refunds for cancellations after the 12th August 2025. Only name changes will be accepted. Please contact Leanne Armoogam (leanne@tcon.org.za) should you wish to cancel your registration.
