Transfers
The cost of a pre-paid and pre-booked transfer between Cape Town International Airport and appointed accommodation in Newlands or near the Kirstenbosch Gardens or vice versa will cost R750.00 per person, per transfer.
To book a transfer, we will require the following details:
- Full name of Passenger.
- Date of Transfer.
- Time of arrival (actual flight arrival time) or flight departure time.
- Arrivals Hall (International or Domestic)
- Flight number.
- Hotel name.
Alternatively, please complete the online booking form.
Group Airport Transfers
Group Transfer Terms and Conditions:
The group shuttle transfer rates are applicable to delegates travelling together on the same flight, pre-booked and pre-paid. The transfer rates are per vehicle per way.
Should an individual not arrive on time, a separate individual transfer cost of R750.00 per person will be charged.

Transfers not paid for in full by 15 September 2023, will be cancelled automatically. These will need to be re-booked with full payment to secure the services.

Arrival Airport Information:
On arrival at Cape Town International Airport; collect your luggage and proceed to the main arrivals' hall. Look out for a representative from Mega Coach who will be holding a board with your surname on it. Should you encounter problems locating the Meet and Greet representative; please call the contact numbers available on your transfer voucher.
