Online registration will be open until the 06th October 2023. Thereafter registration must be done onsite. Every participant, including invited participants must register.

* Students: To qualify for the student rate, you must send documentary proof that you are in full time study at a recognized educational institution (a valid student card or letter from your HOD) to Leanne Armoogam (leannea@turnersconferences.co.za).If you are employed, you do not qualify for a student rate.
**Accompanying Persons aren't allowed to attend any of the Scientific sessions.

Group Registration
Please email Leanne Armoogam (leannea@turnersconferences.co.za) at Turners Conferences for instructions on how to complete a group registration.
Golf Shirts
Light grey golf shirts with a full colour digital printed logo on the left breast will be available to purchase. This can be done so during the registration process.
The cost is R 185.00 each.
The shirts are 100% polyester, pique knit easy -care fabric knitted collar and cuffs two-button placket.
Sizes for men and women range from Small to 5XL.
Payment
Registration fees are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and include 15% VAT. Please adhere to the instructions for payment of all fees involved. Major credit cards or bank transfers are accepted.
Note: Some banks may consider credit card payments to South Africa high as risk transactions. In this case you may need to pre-arrange transfers with your bank in order for the transaction to go through.
Kindly ensure that these arrangements are made timeously in order to facilitate your registration.
Credit Card Payments
When opting to process payment by credit card, please click on the PAY NOW button. Please use your unique invoice number and your surname as reference when initiating payment.
Bank Transfers
The final date for bank transfers is the 06th October 2023. Please email a copy of your bank transfer through to leannea@turnersconferences.co.za and use your unique invoice number and surname as payment reference.
Invitation Letters
Delegates who require a letter of invitation to attend the Conference should write to the Conference Secretariat (leannea@turnersconferences.co.za). Please note that a letter of invitation should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees and other expenses.
Standard letters of invitation will only be issued upon receipt of a completed registration and can ONLY be issued to delegates attending the Scientific Program, not to accompanying persons.
Cancellation of Registration and Refund Policy
Cancellation of Registration and Refund Policy The Symposium Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. All approved refunds will be issued after the Symposium . An administration fee of R 500.00 will be charged for all cancellations received before 01 September 2023. Please note that no refunds will be made for cancellations after 01 September 2023.
