Hotels & Rates

Hotel accommodation can be reserved in Cape Town through the intermediary of Turners Conferences who have secured preferred rates for participants. All hotel accommodation rates quoted on the hotel booking form are in South African Rands and are per room and per night, breakfast and service taxes included. The hotel category should be indicated on the hotel booking form. Please also indicate which other category we should book in case the chosen one is fully booked. Please note, hotels are not within walking distance of Kirstenbosch Gardens. Shuttle transportation can be reserved through Turners.

Delegates reserving hotel accommodation for Park Inn by Radisson Foreshore (Cape Town City) through Turners will be afforded a daily return complimentary shuttle to and from Kirstenbosch Gardens once in the morning and evening.

The following hotels have been especially reserved for the congress and preferential rates have been negotiated.

Booking Confirmation

All hotel reservations will be confirmed to you in writing with the name of the hotel, the type of accommodation booked, the arrival and departure dates, the rate, and the deposit required. This will be accompanied by an invoice and request for payment.

In order to reserve your accommodation at selected property or hotel, please click on the "book now" button. We request you indicate which alternate property/hotel or category we should book in case the chosen one is fully booked.

On submission of your online form you will automatically receive an email response confirming that your forms has been received.

Group Booking

Reservations

For all group bookings (10 rooms or more), 50% deposit to be paid within fourteen (14) days of first invoice, the outstanding 50% deposit to be settled thirty (30) days prior to the start of the Congress.

Payments

Full payment is required I order to finalise your hotel reservation. A 50% deposit is required upon receipt of first invoice, remaining 50% deposit required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. The deposits may be paid either by bank electronic bank transfer or by MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club credit card. Full details appear on the booking form.

All incidentals to be settled upon departure from the hotel.

Transportation

Delegates reserving hotel accommodation for Park Inn by Radisson Foreshore (Cape Town City) through Turners will be afforded a daily return complimentary shuttle to and from Kirstenbosch Gardens once in the morning and evening.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations must be submitted to Turners Conferences in writing. You may cancel your reservation up to 08th July 2022 with a full refund of your deposit paid less an administration fee of ZAR 115.00.

Reservations cancelled after 08th July 2022 will attract the following cancellation penalties:

• 60 - 31 Days - 50% Cancellation fees apply
• 30 - 0 Days - 100% Cancellation fees apply

An amendment fee of ZAR 115.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations after 01st September 2022.

Should you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel will charge cancellation fees for the nights that you will no longer be using.
