Transfers
The cost of a one-way transfer between Cape Town International Airport & Appointed Hotels or vice versa, will cost ZAR500.00 per person, per transfer. This applies to pre-booked & pre-paid transfers.

The group shuttle transfer rates are applicable to delegates travelling together on the same flight, pre-booked and pre-paid. The transfer rates are per vehicle per way.
Should an individual not arrive on time, a separate individual transfer cost of R450.00 per person will be charged.

To book a transfer, we will require the following details:
- Full name of Passenger.
- Date of Transfer.
- Time of arrival (actual flight arrival time) or flight departure time.
- Arrivals Hall (International or Domestic)
- Flight number.
- Hotel name.
Alternatively, please complete the online booking form.
Transfers not paid for in full by 24 June 2021, will be cancelled automatically. These will need to be re-booked with full payment to secure the services.

Arrival Airport Information
On arrival at Cape Town International airport; collect your luggage and proceed to the main arrivals' hall. Look out for a representative from Aqua Tours & Transfers who will be holding a board with your name on it. Should you encounter problems locating the Meet and Greet representative; please call the contact numbers available on your transfer voucher.

To book, please complete one of the booking forms below and return it to the Congress Housing Organisers.
