All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. Rates include VAT at 15% and 1% Tourism Levy. Rates are per room, per night and include a full English breakfast.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be submitted to Turners in writing. You may cancel your reservation up to the 23rd May 2021 with a full refund less an administration fee of ZAR 230.

Reservations cancelled after the 23rd May 2021 will attract the following cancellation penalties:

59 - 31 Days - 50% Cancellation fees apply
30 - 0 Days - 100% Cancellation fees apply

An amendment fee of ZAR 230.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations after the 01st July 2021.

Should you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel; the hotel will change cancellation fees for the nights that you will no longer be using.
