If you would like to book transfers between Cape Town International Airport and the appointed accommodation in the City Centre, please fill out the details below. A pre-booked and pre-paid transfer costs R465.00 per person, one way. Transfers not paid in full by 14 February 2021, will be cancelled automatically. These will need to be re-booked with full payment to secure the services.
Arrival Airport Information:
On arrival at Cape Town International Airport; collect your luggage and proceed to the main arrivals' hall. Look out for a representative from Aqua Tours who will be holding a board with your name on it. Should you encounter problems locating the Meet and Greet representative; please call the contact numbers available on your transfer voucher.
Cancellation policy:
All transport is subject to Turners and their appointed service providers' terms and conditions. Once confirmed, transfers will be subject to a 100% (percent) cancellation fee if cancelled within 48 hours of the service date, without reasonable cause or beyond the delegates' control i.e. flight delay or cancelled flight. An amendment fee of R230.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations. The above conditions apply unless otherwise specified in writing.

All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. Rates include VAT at 15% and 1% Tourism Levy. Hotel rates are per room, per night and include either a Continental or full English breakfast. Rates for self-catering apartments are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. Apartment rates include 15% VAT, NO meals included.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted to Turners in writing. You may cancel your reservation up to the 13th January 2021 with a full refund less an administration fee of ZAR 230.
Reservations cancelled after the 13th January 2021 will attract the following cancellation penalties:
Should you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel will change cancellation fees for the nights that you will no longer be using. For group reservations terms and conditions, these will be outlined in group contracts.

Full payment is required with this application to confirm the hotel reservation. All incidentals are to be settled upon departure from the hotel.

The balance of the tour price must reach Turners Conferences 45 days prior to the tour departure date.
Any tours booked within 45 days of the departure date must be paid in full immediately. The balance of the tour price must reach Turners Conferences before 20 April 2020. Full payment is due immediately for bookings made after 20 April 2020. All tours are subject to Turners and their appointed tour operators' terms and conditions. Once confirmed, tours will be subject to a cancellation fee if cancelled before 25 March 2020. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 25 March 2020.
Cancellation fees: Refunds will be permitted for bookings cancelled within the following time periods, prior to departure: More than 90 Days: Full refund less R228.00 administration fee per tour 90 Days & 60 Days: Full tour price less 20% 60 Days & 30 Days: Full tour price less 50% 30 Days & 0 Days: No refund
An amendment fee of R230.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations. The above conditions apply unless otherwise specified in writing.
