Group Transfer:

If you would like to book transfers between King Shaka International Airport and the appointed accommodation in the City or Durban Beachfront, please fill out the details below. Please refer the table of applicable group rates. Transfers not paid in full by the 25 May 2020, will be cancelled automatically. These will need to be re-booked with full payment to secure the services.

Group Shuttle Transfer Terms and Conditions:
The group shuttle transfer rates are applicable to delegates travelling together on the same flight, pre-booked and pre-paid. The transfer rates are per vehicle per way. Should an individual not arrive on time, a separate individual transfer cost of R550.00 per person will be charged.

Arrival Airport Information:

On arrival at King Shaka International Airport; collect your luggage and proceed to the main arrivals' hall. Look out for a representative from Aqua Tours who will be holding a board with your name on it. Should you encounter problems locating the Meet and Greet representative; please call the contact numbers available on your transfer voucher.

Terms & Conditions and Cancellation policy:

All transport is subject to Turners and their appointed service providers' terms and conditions. Once confirmed, transfers will be subject to a 100% (percent) cancellation fee if cancelled within 48 hours of the service date, without reasonable cause or beyond the delegates' control i.e. flight delay or cancelled flight.

Transfers not paid in full by the 25 May 2020, will be cancelled automatically. These will need to be re-booked with full payment to secure the services.

An amendment fee of R230.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations. The above conditions apply unless otherwise specified in writing.

All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. Rates include VAT at 15% and 1% Tourism Levy. Rates are per room, per night and include a full English breakfast.

Changes and Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted to Turners in writing. You may cancel your reservation up to the 01st April 2020 with a full refund less an administration fee of ZAR 230.00.

Early Bird reservations (Durban Hilton) cancelled after 01st April 2020 will attract 100% cancellation penalties.

Reservations cancelled after the 01st April 2020 will attract the following cancellation penalties:

59 - 31 Days - 50% Cancellation fees apply
30 - 0 Days - 100% Cancellation fees apply

An amendment fee of ZAR 230.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations..

Should you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel will charge cancellation fees for the nights that you will no longer be using.
