Registration
The Organizers reserve the right to implement a mandatory vaccination policy should, however our current policy is that
either vaccination card or negative PCR test will be accepted. Delegates will be kept updated on the policy and should changes occur.
How to register
Pre-registration via the website will be possible until the 16th May 2022 thereafter only onsite registration will be accepted. Every participant, including invited participants must register.
Payment
Registration fees are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and include 15% VAT. Please adhere to the instructions for payment of all fees involved. Major credit cards or bank transfers are accepted.
Note: Some banks may consider credit card payments to South Africa high as risk transactions. In this case you may need to pre-arrange transfers with your bank in order for the transaction to go through.
Kindly ensure that these arrangements are made timeously in order to facilitate your registration.
Credit Card Payments: When opting to process payment by credit card, please click the PAY NOW button. Please use your unique invoice number and your surname as payment reference.
The final date for bank transfers is the 20th May 2022. Please email a copy of your bank transfer through to leannea@turnersconferences.co.za and use your surname and SA Renal 2022 as a reference.

Invitation Letters
Delegates who require a letter of invitation to attend the face to face Congress should write to the congress Secretariat (leannea@turnersconferences.co.za). Please note that a letter of invitation should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees and other expenses. Letters of invitation will only be issued upon receipt of a completed registration.
Letters of invitation can ONLY be issued to delegates attending the Scientific Programme, not accompanying persons.
Cancellation Policy:
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress. An administration fee of ZAR600.00 will be charged for all cancellations received before the 1st April 2022. Please note that no refunds will be made for cancellations after the 1st April 2022.
