Kindly note, airport transfer bookings are now closed.You are welcome to make a return transfer booking with Deveena at the Onsite Transfer and Tours Desk.
The cost of a one-way transfer between Cape Town International Airport & Appointed Hotels or vice versa, will cost R860.00 per person, per transfer. This applies to pre-booked & pre-paid transfers

The group shuttle transfer rates are applicable to delegates travelling together on the same flight and staying at the same hotel, pre-booked and pre-paid. The transfer rates are per vehicle per way.
Should an individual not arrive on time, a separate individual transfer cost of R860.00 per person will be charged.

To book a transfer, we will require the following details:
- Full name of Passenger.
- Date of Transfer.
- Time of arrival (actual flight arrival time) or flight departure time.
- Arrivals Hall (International or Domestic)
- Flight number.
- Hotel name.
Transfers not paid for in full by 16 March 2024, will be cancelled automatically. These will need to be re-booked with full payment to secure the services.

Arrival Airport Information
On arrival at Cape Town International airport, collect your luggage and proceed to the main arrivals' hall. Look out for a representative who will be holding a board with your name on it. Should you encounter problems locating the Meet and Greet representative; please call the contact numbers available on your transfer voucher.
Cancellation policy
All transport is subject to Turners and their appointed service providers' terms and conditions. Once confirmed, transfers will be subject to a 100% (percent) cancellation fee if cancelled within 48 hours of the service date, without reasonable cause or beyond the delegates' control i.e. flight delay or cancelled flight.
An amendment fee of R230.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations. The above conditions apply unless otherwise specified in writing.

All transactions are conducted in terms of Turners standard conditions of trading. They are published on the Turners DMC website & available on application.
Without the complete documents, we are unable to process your booking.
Your booking will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
