SAAFoST's 23rd Biennial International Congress & Exhibition will be taking place at the Birchwood Hotel & Conference Centre from the 1st - 4th September 2019.

REGISTRATION, SPEAKER PREPARATION & POSTERS |
Registration will take place in the OR Tambo Foyer. There will be counters available for pre-registered and paid delegates to collect their registration packs and separate onsite registration counters available for delegates who are registering for the first time or settling their fees onsite.
The speaker preparation room is in the Prague Boardroom. Speakers must visit the speaker prep room to check in and to load their presentations. Speakers are encouraged to visit the speaker prep room no less than 2 hours prior to their presentation time.

Posters will be on display in the OR Tambo Foyer. Poster presenters must make sure that their poster is put up on their allocated poster boards by no later than the first tea break on Monday, 2 September and removed by no later than 15h30 on Wednesday, 4 September. The organisers will not be held responsible for posters if they are not removed timeously.

COMPLIMENTARY AIRPORT TRANSFERS |
The complimentary airport shuttle departs hourly from OR Tambo International bus terminal at 10 minutes past every hour (e.g. 12:10), and the return departs hourly from Birchwood at 30 minutes past every hour (e.g. 12:30).

A medic will be available onsite for any medical emergencies, please contact the registration desk for assistance.
